Position:
Control Room Operator

Shift Pattern: 7/3/7/4 (3 days, 4 nights, 3 days off, 4 days, 3 nights, 4 days off). You will be required to work days/nights/weekends/bank holidays. Shifts are and

Pay rate:
£14.61 per hour plus a £10.74 shift allowance per full shift worked.


The above description of the role is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required as deemed necessary by your line manager.


Please note, you will need to have passed a communication assessment prior to commencing work in the Control Room. You will also need to successfully complete Critical Incident Management training within your probation period. This forms part of the shift allowance payment.

Essential

  • SIA guarding & CCTV licences required.
  • IT literate ability to use computer systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CTC cleared (to be applied for as part of the recruitment process if not held). Minimum 3 year residency criteria.
  • Flexible attitude to work.
  • Excellent 'Customer Service' skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a security Control Room.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute to the team.
