    Nexus Security Solutions Limited wish to employee a project manager with experience in delivering integrated security solutions inclusive of access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems. This is a great opportunity for career progression within an extremely ambitious systems integrator working in the commercial space. The applicants will require a minimum of 3 years' previous project managment experience, be customer focused with a fundemental desire to deliver a best in class product. Previous systems engineering experience will also be beneficial. The role will involve the successful management of project installations from design to completion, ensuring that company standards are met or exceeded.     Responsibilities:


    • Responsible for managing security systems installation projects with enterprise type products such as LenelS2, CCURE, Gallagher, Milestone, Avigilon, Axis, Hanwha, Brivo.


    • Responsible for planning, executing, and closing installation projects efficiently, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


    • Enforce safety protocols on-site to guarantee the well-being of all team members and subcontractors.


    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project closeout reports.


    • Coordinate with sub-contract teams, installation engineers and installation coordinators to assign tasks, allocate resources, and ensure timely project execution.


    • Communicate regularly with Operations Director, and clients to provide updates, address concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.

    Skills and Experience:


    • Previous experience with managing Security projects


    • SSSTS or SMSTS qualified


    • In-depth understanding of security systems, including installation processes. An engineering background is preferable.


    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills


    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadline


    • Knowledge in the Installations of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder Alarm systems


    • Ability to compile all O&M information for handover including certification documentation


    • Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations and efficient storage of customer data and paperwork


    • Have a good understanding of Health & Safety requirements in the workplace including the compiling of method statements, risk assessments and safe working procedures


    • Experience of ordering equipment and labour requirements as detailed in project plans


    • Supervision of all associated works and staffing on projects


    • Able to plan and conduct site visits as appropriate to ensure smooth project running and customer satisfaction


    • Able to critically evaluate projects both before during and after making appropriate recommendations to senior management

    Salary and Position Details:

    Up to £45K basic salary per annum (depending on experience).
