Description

Commercial solicitor will be advising clients in the arts and luxury goods sector on the following matters, commercial contracts, consignment and bailment agreements, drafting terms and conditions of business and advising on soft intellectual property (e. copyright and moral rights).

Profile

A successful commercial solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor, who was a very keen interested in the arts.

It is essential the candidate will have very strong drafting skills, contract negations and a strong knowledge of IP law.
