We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Financial Administrator to join a growing administration team within a key Financial Services client based in the heart of Belfast.

You will be supporting the administration and management of complaint cases and DSAR (data subject access requests) and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of sensitive information.

5 hr week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, on a hybrid model of 2 days in the office each week.

Hands on training will be provided in office for the first 2 weeks so you will be confident with systems and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key responsibilities as a Financial Administrator:
Complete cases by gathering the available evidence and data.
Update and capture relevant data to the case management system accurately.
Adhere to Financial Services Authority and Information Commissioner's Office guidelines at all times.
To be considered for the role as Financial Administrator, the below skills are advantageous:
Previous data subject access request (DSAR) experience or knowledge would be advantageous
