Do you have experience within recruitment.Looking for a supporting role?
We are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work alongside the talent acquisition team for a world class aviation MRO company based in Hayes, West Drayton.
The purpose of this position is to support the recruitment teams with all administration task including advert responses, on-boarding and liaising with other areas of the business to arrange meeting rooms and interviews.
We are looking for a people person, someone who enjoys speaking to people from all backgrounds but has the ability to organise and voice concerns where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with on boarding procedures for new starters.
- Issuing security ID's and car park passes.
- Carry out reference and background checks.
- Maintain and update company intranet.
- Create reports for management teams.
- Book meeting rooms for interviews.
- Liaise with managers to arrange interviews.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Background in either human resources or recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience with SAP or other database systems is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel.
