Looking for a supporting role?


We are currently looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work alongside the talent acquisition team for a world class aviation MRO company based in Hayes, West Drayton.


The purpose of this position is to support the recruitment teams with all administration task including advert responses, on-boarding and liaising with other areas of the business to arrange meeting rooms and interviews.


We are looking for a people person, someone who enjoys speaking to people from all backgrounds but has the ability to organise and voice concerns where needed.

This is a permanent position and is being hired due to continued expansion plans through 2023 and 2024.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with on boarding procedures for new starters.
  • Issuing security ID's and car park passes.
  • Carry out reference and background checks.
  • Maintain and update company intranet.
  • Create reports for management teams.
  • Book meeting rooms for interviews.
  • Liaise with managers to arrange interviews.

Requirements:


  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Background in either human resources or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience with SAP or other database systems is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel.
