Nicholas Scott are working with a major US law firm who require a mid level Corporate Law Associate to join their busy Private Equity practice in London.
Full New York salary rates / bonus package on offer.They are looking for Associates between 3 and 6 Corporate M & A and Private Equity transactions from leading Law Firms.
Requirements:
3 to 6 years' relevant post qualification experience in a top tier private equity practice in London or in a similar common law jurisdiction;broad experience of the structuring of private equity transactions;experience in managing client relationships;excellent written and verbal communication skills; andfirst class academic record.
