Smile Education, Northwest is now recruiting for a full-time English and Drama Teacher for a secondary school based in Oldham and the nearby areas in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Longsight, Westwood, Featherstall and Derker.

Providing guidance and advice to pupils on education and on their further education and careers
Providing feedback to students and parents, through consultation evenings, phone calls or written communication as appropriate
Contributing to department planning and self-evaluation
Providing professional support to other teachers and support staff
Attending departmental and school meetings, either during or after the school day, as requested
An English and Drama - related education degree
~ A valid PGCE/QTS
~ Able and willing to travel to the area
~2 education-based references
~ A passion for teaching
~ Immediate start is available.

The school can offer you security with the role as it is a long-term position for at least 1 academic year.
