A forward thinking and innovative Commercial Office Fit Out contractor are actively on the market seeking Site Managers for a variety of projects, they are an industry-leading commercial office fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a £1.2 million commercial office fit-out project in Farnborough. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the high standards our company is known for. They have a good order book with plenty of projects in the pipeline, therefore the right candidate will have a long term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Monitor progress, quality of work, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, site photos, and relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on Design & Build (D&B) commercial office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
