We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in person
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
From £23,944.44 per year
