Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries in person
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Up sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
From £23,944.44 per year
