    As part of the Global Total Rewards function you will be responsible for administration and compliance of benefit programs primarily in the United States but expanding into the global portfolio over time.

    You will work with the Director, Global Benefits to deliver the strategic vision of global benefits. This role will assist in planning for all programs (Health & Welfare, Risk, Retirement and perquisites) in the benefits portfolio and your role is vital in helping us create a positive employee experience.

    What you'll do:

    • Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Process and manage employee benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations in Workday ensuring vendors receive accurate enrolment and eligibility information.
    • Facilitate new employee benefits orientation, distribute all communication materials, determine eligibility, and provide guidance on available benefit options. You'll also conduct periodic training sessions for employees and HR staff on benefits-related topics.
    • Monitor and audit benefit data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in both in-house systems and vendor portals.
    • Conduct regular benefit plan audits to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements and work with auditors to gather necessary information.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage, providing clear and helpful information; assist employees with benefit claims issues as needed serving as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
    • Enrol employees with carriers and process life status changes.
    • Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrolments, status changes and other general inquiries.
    • Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA and effectively interpret FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities.
    • Respond to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrolments, plan changes and contribution amounts. Manage the annual catch-up contribution enrolment.
    • Assists in the development and implementation of benefit policies and procedures and coordinate and participate in benefits-related projects, such as plan design changes or system upgrades.
    • Administer the tuition reimbursement program.
    • Partner with team members to support Global well-being programs.

    About you:

    • You have demonstrable experience in benefits administration.
    • You are a natural project management leader and have successfully delivered complex projects with multiple global stakeholders.
    • You maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to privacy and security standards related to benefits data.
    • You stay current on industry trends and legislative changes affecting employee benefits.
    • You have strong excel skills.
    • You have excellent HRIS skills – Workday experience highly preferred.
    • You are highly curious and collaborative; proactively seeking out a range of opinions and perspectives.
    • You can deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple competing priorities.
    • You have a global mindset and willingness to work across international time zones.
    • You have strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional language skills a plus.
