    We are currently partnering with a well renowned Housing Association based in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Planned Works Project Manager to join their growing team on a contract until March 2025.This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate, negotiable on experience.

    Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading a team of surveyors and coordinators on a wide range of products to improve, refurbish and regenerate domestic propertiesEnsuring projects are delivered according to cost, time and qualityPlanning and implementing planned works in line with the wider Asset Management strategyMonitoring the KPIs of contractors and ensuring they're meeting pre-agreed SLAsDeveloping procedures for customer satisfactionCreating reports based on data for the senior managementEnsuring Health and Safety on site alongside HS advisorsUtilising knowledge of CDM legislation on siteApplying HHSRS and liaising with third parties in relation to any legal breechesExperience required:Experience of Project ManagementLine management experienceRewards and Benefits:Work from home 2 days a week and 3 days in the office/on siteWorking hours:37.5 hours a weekMonday
