We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer/Architect to join our clients interior design studio in Notting Hill, West London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced studio with high growth forecasted over the next few years. The studio has gained a lot of recognition in a very short time and they are going from strength to strength. The style is contemporary, neutral and minimal.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in high end residential interior design.
Experience and skills required:
Able to produce concept visuals
Excellent CAD skills - Vectorworks ideally
Excellent attention to detail and able to draw to a very high standard for both drawing intent and construction packages (in the high end residential and commercial market)
Have strong FF&E knowledge (both vintage and contemporary) and being able to producer FF&E specification and schedules to a high standard
Site experience to ensure projects are in keeping with the design intent, ensuring quality and compliance with statutory requirements
Liaising and conducting meetings with all the actors of our industry (from suppliers to contractors to clients) to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget and to the highest standard through the project from beginning to completion.
