    We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of Computer Science/ICT to implement and deliver a knowledge rich curriculum and support the overall progress and development of our students.

    The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to accept new ideas and a thorough commitment to student learning with evidence of high degree of subject specialism and professional development, as well as a flexible and adaptable attitude to meet the needs of the school.

    We want to recruit staff with the vision and determination to ensure all our students receive a first-class education, and who will rise to the challenge of building on success.

    The Business, ICT & Applied Learning Faculty
    The Business and ICT team sits within this larger team and comprises of 7 teachers, including this role. All students study ICT for 3 years at KS3. They then have the opportunity to study ICT and Computer Science at GCSE, and also post-16.

    The Business and ICT Faculty is led by Clare Upward and the team has a good range of youth and experience.

    KES is a school with strong leadership and management and one with a strong supportive staff community. The school day lends itself to a good work/life balance with the teaching day ending at 14:10.
