Facilities Coordinator

Salary up to £30K

ASAP Start - Office Based
Join a leading household name in the food industry as a Facilities Coordinator. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to delve into planning details while being the go-to person for all queries.

You'll work in an established team, where a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are key to success.

Flexibility may be required to support events, meetings, or maintenance work.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate daytoday facilities operations and manage maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for facilitiesrelated queries, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Assist in office space planning, relocations, and desk setups.
  • Ensure accurate records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, and inventory.
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure service excellence.
  • Support the Facilities Manager on projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Previous facilities coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
