Facilities Coordinator

Join a leading household name in the food industry as a Facilities Coordinator. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to delve into planning details while being the go-to person for all queries.
You'll work in an established team, where a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are key to success.
Flexibility may be required to support events, meetings, or maintenance work.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daytoday facilities operations and manage maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Act as the main point of contact for facilitiesrelated queries, providing prompt resolutions.
- Assist in office space planning, relocations, and desk setups.
- Ensure accurate records of maintenance schedules, service contracts, and inventory.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure service excellence.
- Support the Facilities Manager on projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous facilities coordination experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
