Job description

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Providing vital assistance admissions and enrolment team.
  • Engage with Outreach Partners to ensure a strong line of communication to encourage a large pipeline every quarter.
  • Confident in liaising with different department with a go getter attitude to ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Providing accurate and timely support through a range of administrative activities
  • Inputting information into the CRM Dynamics to ensure accurate and complete leads are maintained
  • Provide guidance to your team and send out the weekly reports to our outreach partners.
  • Supporting with interview schedules and sending out offers
  • Calling prospective students when help is required

Skills and experience required:


  • Previous B2B experience is preferable
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Team work and Communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience with CRM

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
