Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm

If so, I am currently recruiting for a well organised administrator to jointheir offices based in Brighton supporting the team with their administrative support.


You will already have a proven admin background with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy working environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the smooth running of the office.
  • Reporting Health & Safety and Fire issues.
  • Uploading, printing, and posting tax packs to clients.
  • General administration inclusive of scanning, filing, and photocopying.
  • Compiling confirmation statements
  • Secretarial work where required.
  • Producing standard letters
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
  • Speaking to HMRC
  • Great organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proven background in administrative support.
  • Great telephone manner and customer focused.
  • Great attention to detail with good IT skills
