If so, I am currently recruiting for a well organised administrator to jointheir offices based in Brighton supporting the team with their administrative support.
You will already have a proven admin background with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office.
- Reporting Health & Safety and Fire issues.
- Uploading, printing, and posting tax packs to clients.
- General administration inclusive of scanning, filing, and photocopying.
- Compiling confirmation statements
- Secretarial work where required.
- Producing standard letters
- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages.
- Speaking to HMRC
- Great organisation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proven background in administrative support.
- Great telephone manner and customer focused.
- Great attention to detail with good IT skills
