An opportunity has become available to join a busy local blind manufacturing company as a Part-time Accounts Administrator. This Carlisle based company requires a person to look after all aspects of the company's bookkeeping.- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software and filing hard copies
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Developing monthly financial statements including profit and loss and balance sheets
- Preparing employee wages
- Managing employee expense claims
- Liaising with accountants at the year end
must
be familiar with Sage 50 Cloud Accounts.
Up to 16 hours per week. This position would suit someone wanting a flexible working pattern.
