***Reqiva are currently partnered with a fantastic MedTech company based in Oxford, who are looking for an

Integrations

Technical Lead to join their team. They are looking for a lead engineer who enjoys hands on work but also enjoys the responsibilities of leading and mentoring a team.


You will be reporting to the Head of Software, taking a lead role in design and development of software to meet with customer requirements.

Working with the product over and analyst to refine requirements and leading a team of engineers.

Up to £65k and a great benefits package with flexible hybrid working


Integrations Technical Lead Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the performance and quality of the software, contributing technical input to risk analysis activities and fault investigations.
  • Technical Leadership, working with the product team to understand requirements and leading a team of engineers to implement the design.
  • Leading and mentoring other developers and team members to grow skills and experience by driving and promoting best practices and proving code reviews and feedback.
  • Communicating with stakeholders sharing designs, presales tech advice, and working with 3rd party vendors to integrate with their solutions and APIs.
  • You will need to create clear and accurate documentation as required by regulatory proceses.

Integrations Technical Lead Skillset:
  • Familiarity with a number of technologies including but not limited to C#, Java.
  • Experience of medical imaging and the DICOM standard is essential
  • Worked with Component Object Model (COM)
  • Experience with different operating systems (Windows and Linux)
  • Creating and managing Virtual machines.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a leading role.
  • Designing system architecture experience.
  • Experience working with IDE, source control systems, issue tracking systems and build systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Be personable and have good communication skills, proactive and confident to deal with customers while representing the business.
You don't need to have experience with everything listed but you do need to be hungry to learn.
