**Trainee Claims Inspector
Basic salary £22,000 - £26,000**
Location: Marden, Kent

My client is a worldwide leading specialist in the independent aftermarket who offer repair solutions for all common vehicle types in the car and commercial vehicle sector.

My client combines high quality standard with a strong customer focus.

The Role:

For this role, you will be based on site at the office, Marsden, Kent
You will be updating the CRM system with information following on from checking the parts, documenting your findings
The warranty claim will come through, you will then inspect the part of the vehicle which is damaged. If the damage matches the claim you can process, if something doesn't match you will then investigate.
You will have regular contact with the customers, ensuring they're kept up to date as to where their claim is up to in the process
Working Monday to Friday

The Person:

Experience dealing with car parts would be ideal. You'll also have strong administrative skills.
We're looking for someone with great communication skills, both written and verbal
You'll be customer and solution focused
You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office
You'll be a team player, reliable, discreet, and able to work with confidential information
