IAM Processes, Risks and Controls Manager

Salary:
£75,000 + Bonus

Location:
London, Hybrid - Office attendance 2 days per week

This role involves managing the processes, risks, and controls related to Sailpoint IIQ, at a thriving financial services organisation.

Your primary responsibility is to work closely with auditors, identify risks and issues, create and lead working groups to design remediation processes (both tactical and strategic), test the processes, implement necessary controls, document everything, and provide training to the operations team.

Identifying risks and designing remediation processes (tactical and strategic)
# Testing new processes in a test environment
# Documenting processes and providing training
# Working with in-house SailPoint developers on process design
# Providing IAM manager responsibilities training

Extensive hands-on SailPoint experience
Consultancy background or multiple IAM projects for international clients
Expertise in identifying risks, designing remediation processes/controls

Knowledge of SailPoint components:
custom workflows, connectors, SASS onboarding
Understanding of IAM governance, security policies, certification campaigns
Skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
Java, Beanshell, SQL, scripting
