    The role sits within the D&I team, under the Director of D&I, with some support to the TA&D team overseen by the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.

    You will be responsible for supporting and embedding the D&I, Culture & Engagement strategy across various initiatives and projects, spanning D&I, Culture & Values, Employee Engagement, and other bespoke initiatives internally.

    This will include supporting businesses across BGC, Cantor Fitzgerald, Fenics, GFI and associated brands across the UK, with some limited involvement elsewhere in EMEA, APAC and the US.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Supporting the firm's D&I, Culture & Engagement strategy ensuring it is at the heart of all people related activities.
    • Providing and delivering strong co-ordination, project management and stakeholder management to embed the firm's D&I, Culture & Engagement strategy across all relevant sub-spaces: D&I, Culture & Values, Employee Engagement and Firmwide Mentorship.
    • Involvement in / support of relevant internal committees (e.g. affinity group Steering Committees such as the Network of Women or Board-Reporting Committees such as the Engagement & Inclusion Committee).
    • This role requires proactivity with the ability to engage with, empathise with, cogitate and act upon a broad range of views and opinions.
    • Ability to collaborate across all levels (as well as functions) of the firm, from grass roots to strategic level.
    • With oversight, guidance and regular input from Director of D&I, managing the administration of Culture Champions Initiative, Mentoring Programme, New Hire Events, D&I Sharepoint, Mental Health First Aiders Initiative, Speak Up Listen Up platform, Glassdoor Review Response Process and Multi-Faith Prayer Room.
    • Supporting the logistics for talent development initiatives such as the Women's Leadership Programme, , short training sessions, e-learning.
    • Responsible for leading on affinity group Steering Committee administration, including liaising with stakeholders, external speakers, venues and training providers.
    • Acting as key point of contact (in conjunction with Director of D&I) for all D&I, Culture & Engagement queries internally.
    Skills & Experience required:

    Essential:
    • Excellent administration and IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Canva.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills. The ability to present in person and digitally to small and large audiences.
    • Lead and act on initiatives arising from any relevant internal committees and helping to embed these into the ongoing D&I, Culture & Engagement strategy.
    • Passion for D&I, Culture & Engagement.
    • Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisation skills.
    • Ability to proactively manage projects, including anticipating next steps and potential obstacles.
    • Capable of effectively multi-tasking and prioritising under pressure.
    • Good drafting / written abilities.
    Nice to Have:
    • Any relevant HR qualifications.
    • Experience within one or more of diversity, inclusion, cultural change, employee engagement and well being spaces.

    • Proven ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment, collaborate effectively with broader HR teams and business / other internal functions and galvanise support for projects, bringing people together to deliver
