We are supporting our client in their search for a Financial Controller to come on board and make difference that they can make within our business.
You would be responsible for providing support to the COO in providing accurate and timely financial information to all stakeholders for decision-making purposes and assist with the smooth running of the Accounts Team.
Responsibilities:
Managing day to day financial operationsDevelopment and roll out of processes and best practice across the Accounts TeamProcessing of various VAT/CIS/PAYE returnsMonthly review/production of management accounts for reporting to COOBudgets and forecasts to be producedOther ADHOC requests and reporting as requiredAdditional details:Key point of contact for payroll and Accounts queriesLine management of those within the Accounts and Payroll TeamThis role will report to the COOSeeking someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and focused on a career in Finance/AccountingRelevant experience needed:Qualified Accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMAMinimum 5 years overall experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years in a comparable Accounting role in Construction)Proven track record of producing concise Management informationExperience of financial reportingCash Management and Forecasting experience is essentialStrong Systems experience and Excel skillsA "can do" attitudeGood attention to detail and thorough work ethic3D Personnel construction employment agency is a leading name in construction recruitment for The UK supplying Professional & Technical, Trades & Labour and Construction Services talent across a broad range of construction sectors.
