    Job Description

    • Provide transfer pricing advisory services to clients across diverse industries, taking the lead on projects and building out this service offering.
    • Manage and lead a team of tax specialists.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
    • Engage in complex transfer pricing projects.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in tax laws.
    • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the tax department.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Transfer Pricing Senior Manager/Director should have:

    • Comprehensive familiarity and prior exposure to UK transfer pricing taxation, and proficiency in addressing intricate tax matters arising in transfer pricing.
    • Expertise in recent significant developments and focal points within the domain of UK transfer pricing tax.
    • Proficiency in efficiently overseeing a sizable portfolio.
    • Proactive in identifying prospects for introducing new services to current clients.
    • Background in engaging with senior management and crucial stakeholders of clients.
    • Track record of effectively managing personnel.
    • Ideally be CTA and/or ACA qualified, or by experience.
