- Managing pricing, quotations, and rate negotiations for ocean freight consignments.
- Collaborating with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents to negotiate competitive rates.
- Maintaining records of FCL and LCL rates in a shared folder for key markets and carriers.
- Providing high-quality customer service at all stages of the process.
- Knowledge of LCL and FCL services, as well as familiarity with systems like CNS, Destin8, and Sequoia (or similar).
- Experience in import/export operations and proficiency in software applications such as MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.
