About the role.This an exciting opportunity to join Bakkavor Desserts Newark as a HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.
We are looking for our next 'Proud to be Bakkavor' colleague to instil a people focused culture, drive employee engagement, drive our SEF (Staff Employee Forum) and build lasting relationships with colleagues and management with a strong onsite presence.
About you.We are looking for candidates who are agile, influential, collaborative, pro-active and results driven. You will hold a CIPD qualification and possess excellent commercial/business acumen.
Whilst it is not essential to have previous experience in the food industry, you will be used to working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce and be a confident business partner to our Bakkavor Newark site leadership team.
Providing quality metrics, insight, professional advice, challenge, coaching and support, you will add value to your multiple business relationships and be both proactive and dynamically reactive to progressing our site from a performance, culture and engagement perspective.
