    Hamiltonian Dynamics is a start-up based in Gloucestershire, Manchester and London working in the Defence and Cyber Security industries. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing technology team in our next phase of expansion

    Requirements

    The role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect:
    • Facilitating the Scrum process, including carrying out daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
    • Being accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness.
    • Removing impediments and barriers that hinder the team's productivity and quality of work.
    • Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team and stakeholders to embrace Agile values and principles.
    • Helping the Product Owner effectively manage the product backlog and ensuring that Product Goals and Backlog items are clear and concise.
    • Collaborating with the Product Owner and team to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Managing risks and dependencies by communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    Our Process

    We like to keep things nice and simple Therefore, we only have a two stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and the next is a 1 hour Teams call with two of the team. It's as easy as that We believe organic conversation is the best way to find out about someone. After all, recruitment is a two-way process

    Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years. This role requires you to hold a high-level security clearance prior to joining.

    Customer sites are based in Gloucestershire and Manchester and you must be willing to travel to one of these sites.

    The salary banding for this role is £40-65k, depending on experience.
