Candidates must be fully qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally through a full apprenticeship, with at least five years of supervisor or shift leader experience within a similar commercial environment (trophy building/critical site/etc).

Along with core engineering certificates, additional qualifications such as HV / LV authorisation, 2391, F-Gas, IOSH/NEBOSH, etc will all be beneficial and particular working experience should extend to:

Electrical and Mechanical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Motors, Pumps, BMS Operation, Air Handling & Fan Coil Units, Water Treatment (Taps, Dosing, Cooling Towers), Diesel Generators, UPS Systems, Sprinklers, 1st line Chiller & Boiler Faults/Re-Sets, VRV/VRFs, HV & LV Distribution (Writing Schedules, Permits, Switching), etc.

With roles available due to internal progression, this is a fantastic chance to work client direct with a far more comprehensive benefits package than on offer with service providers and a very healthy budget for training.

Well serviced by both Cannon Street and Liverpool Street stations in the City, this will perhaps suit a technically minded shift leader / M&E supervisor currently working within the corporate environment, seeking a new challenge within the commercial real estate sector
