    Description

    • Up to £80,000 + Excellent benefits package
    • Bristol City Centre – Hybrid Working (flexibility around days in the office/as required - 2-3 initially likely)

    We are seeking a Solutions Architect (or Lead Developer stepping into an Architect role) to hold a key role in propelling our client's digital transformation forward. Reporting into the newly appointed Executive Director of IT you will have responsibility to conceptualise, govern, and execute software solutions aligned with business objectives. If you're an innovative solutions architect or lead developer who values collaborative working and relationship building then we'd love to hear from you.

    This role requires expertise in business (legal sector and legal technology beneficial), data, and application architecture, encompassing integration best practices and strategies for maintaining agility within the IT framework.

    Experience :

    • Demonstrated experience in roles such as Lead Software Developer or Solutions Architect.
    • Proven track record of architecting, governing, and delivering solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with agile delivery teams.
    • Profound understanding of coding languages, particularly C# and .net framework including SQL.
    • Experience of Azure DevOps, APIs and general configuration, customisation and integration of applications/systems.
    • Facilitate solution forums, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and a consistent approch across the organisation and its design boundaries.
    • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with MS Dynamics is beneficial
    • Knowledge of case management software and legal specific applications is also beneficial (Peppermint CX365, iManage, 3E, and Intapp).
