    The Trustees of George Dixon Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to the following post from September 2024:

    Head of Physical Education (Female)

    We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified female member of staff to lead our Physical Education department. We require a confident, creative and enthusiastic leader who can contribute fully to the future development of our Physical Education department and wider school.

    The successful candidate will:

    · Raise achievement through motivating, challenging and inspiring our pupils;

    · Have a commitment to inclusion;

    · Help foster a culture of high expectations;

    · Help drive our school values of being Grounded, Determined and Sincere;

    · Have opportunities to contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.
