We are seeking Primary Supply Teachers to join our expanding network of teaching staff in the County Durham area.

Are you looking for something flexible? We required ad- hoc supply staff but also can secure long term / short term bookings.

The ideal candidates will:

• Be passionate about education and supporting children to reach their full potential
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level
• Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
• Be a qualified teacher (have gained your QTS) - We welcome applications from ECTs
• Be a UK based resident with valid right to work and also a DBS ideally on the update service.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with autism or special education requirements

Utilise creative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding

Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational experience

Offer tutoring and mentoring support to students as needed

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
