Person specification:
Highly developed specialist knowledge in Quality Improvement methodology. Evidence of strong analytical skills; critical reasoning ability and effective problem solving. Experience of managing and delivering improvement across service lines and organisations.

Evidence of dealing with difficult conversations and contentious information. Extensive experienceof leading complex changeand delivering agreed outcomes. Experience of using measurement for improvement.
