    So, what will I be doing?

    We are looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join our passionate and high performing Category Team.

    You will work across as part of the wider commercial team to provide consumer insight leadership across our demand, supply and leadership teams with a view to embed and continuously improve the application of consumer insights into our customer and product strategies, inspiring and supporting our multi-functional demand teams to put consumer needs at the heart of their recommendations and decision making. What good looks like for the role:
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills with high levels of ability in storytelling.
  • High strategic ability with a passion for external insights.
  • Strong interpersonal & soft influencing skills – able to achieve results through others without direct influence over their agenda.
  • Brilliant relationship management and influencing strategically at all levels.
  • Adept at taking complex or ambiguous problems and solving in a structured and methodical way.
  • Data savvy and comfortable with advance analytics concepts.
  • Very strong project management and organisation skills.
  • Embraces change and ambiguity.

    • Sounds interesting, what do I need?

  • A proven track record of insight generation and application in a CPG environment.
  • Expertise in consumer data sources and running qual and quant research projects.
  • Can demonstrate success in applying consumer insight to generate business growth.
  • Has built a strong network of partner suppliers.
  • Success in collaborative working and business partnering in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in advising retailers & key stakeholders in an insights capacity and building positive relationships.
