Our client who are based on Birmingham Business Park a state of the art centre which is near The NEC are seeking to recruit a special individual to join their Customer Services team of - Placing an order

  • Chasing an order
  • Checking stock availability
  • Asking for prices
  • Have an order issue
- checking contract prices
- working to SLA's

In return the Sales Administrator will be working in a supportive team who will offer training and mentoring.

The Sales Administrator will have full product training.

You must have excellent IT skills including Excel.

Be confident talking to customers.

Be a team player.

May be travel involved which is accompanied and paid for

25 days holiday plus BH

37.50-hour week between 8.30 to 5.30 tbc work start and finish
