- Minimum 2 years in commercial environments

Innovate Design is a Salisbury-based design studio that helps inventors and start-ups to commercialise their product ideas.
We have an in-house team of 5 researchers, 5 innovations coaches and 20 designers, including specialists in industrial design, fashion design, engineering, electronics, apps and graphics. This fast-paced and dynamic team enables us to take on a wide variety of projects, including helping BBC's apprentice candidates design their kid's smart toothbrush and app prototypes in just 15 hours. https://innovate- Our process is well respected in the industry, and we recently taught our product design process to Warwick University's Innovation & Entrepreneurship masters degree students.
