Customer Service Representative - Call Centre


Due to expansion, I am working in partnership with a prestigious client who are looking to recruit for an experienced
Customer Service Representative to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


This is a unique opportunity to join a company who values its employees and offers excellent progression opportunities alongside competitive rates of pay.


Previous experience in a similar role is a must. I am looking for an individual who is experienced within a similar role, somebody who is self-motivated and ambitious.


Hybrid/Remote is not available.

About the role:


  • Salary up to £23,000 per annum salary is dependent on experience

About the role:


  • Proactively contact potential or existing customers, ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Develop professional relationships to determine customer's needs and expectations
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of product to improve brand loyalty and upsell opportunities
  • Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through customers
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Work on other adhoc duties

About you:


  • Previous experience of working in a
    Customer Advisor / Customer Service / Call Centre / Help Desk setting
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Problem Solving Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and succeed.
  • A desire to improve and develop.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
