    Job title: Commercial Solicitor, Farnborough

    Salary: £46k-£55k

    PQE Level: 2-5 PQE

    Contract Type: Permanent

    Working Hours: Full-time

    You will be joining a leading law firm with close links to a number of industry sectors, in their commercial team. They have an exciting opening for a commercial solicitor to work on IT & Tech contracts amongst a variety of work. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial solicitor to join a specialist team.

    As a commercial solicitor, you will be responsible for:

  • Work on:
  • Complex commercial agreements
  • Agency & distribution agreements
  • Outsourcing agreements
  • IT & Tech Contracts
  • E-Commerce
  • Data protection
  • Supervision of more junior members
  • Providing bespoke training and support to clients
  • Assisting on business development To be considered for this role you will:
  • Have experience within tech and general commercial contracts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to arrive at the best legal solutions.
  • Client-facing experience
