Description
Execute Canopy Media's Operations/Sales Support function for those areas assigned to you by the Head of Operations and/or Sales Support Manager.
The Sales Support function involves:
- Supporting the Canopy Media Sales Team by responding to all requests for availability across Canopy Media's portfolio of publishers and individual media
- Accurately entering all opportunities onto the Dynamics CMS Booking system, then shepherding them through the various stages from opportunity to booking and beyond
- Liaise with advertisers and their various agencies; publishers and their print sites; and/or anyone else involved in the advertising process to shepherd all booked opportunities through to fulfilment and payment
- Resolve issues and remove any roadblocks that might prevent the Sales Support function operating at anything less than maximum efficiency
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
