Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Cannock / TelfordSalary: £55,000 - £65,000 + VehicleThe company:Based in the Midlands and founded in 2009, this building services company specializes in providing mechanical, electrical, and public health (MEP) solutions to clients across the UK construction industry.
With a portfolio of over 500 projects ranging from £70k to £12 million, they have established a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and quality.
Their integrated approach covers design, installation, project management, and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.Committed to excellence, they invest significantly in training, development, and equipment to meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
Responsible for all Mechanical aspects of projects.Overseeing projects up to £1 - £3 million which generally consists of a Site Supervisor/Manager and subcontract labour.
Commercial & Residential projects up to the value of £3m (M&E) - Offices, Tower Blocks, Education etc.
Lead project teams to ensure technical precision in deliverables.
Implement quality control measures and management processes to maintain high standards.
Demonstrate sound commercial acumen.
Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials.
Continuously monitor project schedules, costs, and quality assurance.
Review site progress and report issues to senior management.
Facilitate project handovers and closures.
Proven experience delivering commercial mechanical projects worth over £2 Million.
Holds a valid SMSTS / CSCS Black card
Experience managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously
Competitive salary £60-£65k
