Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative.

As a Client Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing data, communicating with clients, and working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze client data and provide insights and recommendations based on findings
  • Communicate with clients inperson meetings to address inquiries and provide assistance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and documentation
  • Assist in the development of client presentations and reports

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £23,668.51 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
