Location:
Central London

Duration: 12 months

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM

Wage:
£ £20.80 per hour

My globally known client is seeking a sharp, personable, highly organised Operations Support individual to support their Operations team as they continue to grow their presence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Support the Operations team through analytic, process improvement, and logistics on city and region wide projects.
Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large events, promotions, and program initiatives.
Interact & support drivers through branded interaction at all stages of on boarding.
Track, order, and disburse equipment to drivers.
Help with on boarding drivers onto the internal system.
Maintain and organise driver documentation.
Find resolutions to driver issues and questions.
Work closely with the driver operations and logistics teams to streamline process.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners. Superior organisational skills and great follow through on tasks.
Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping.
Recent graduates encouraged to apply

years of operations/analytic or related experience (internships included).
