_My client an extremely successful equipment company, is seeking an organised and intuitive co-ordinator/scheduler to manage maintenance and repair requests and scheduling of works. You will be the main point of contact for the full 360 process,from initial call to ensuring all contacts are updated about completed works. Their offices are light and bright with fun vibrant art, fully stocked fridges, a gum ball machine etc. and a most importantly a genuinely good vibe _

_Basic salary £30-32K Bonus scheme up to £4500K per annum (OTE £36, 500)_

  • Some of your duties will include:_
  • Booking and arranging engineers to carry out work
  • Raising quotes and ordering spare parts
  • Liaising with customers to feedback on all outcomes
  • Organising delivery of spare parts to assigned job or engineers
  • Managing the engineer's schedules
