- Capable of applying plaster internally to walls and ceilings.
- Carrying out solid plastering as well as applying wet finishes.
- Fitting internal plasterboards, dry lining, capable of plaster repairs and renovations.
- Working as part of a multi skilled team of trades.
- Provide timely and accurate electronic worksheets/timesheets, paper-based documents, and detailed reports.
- Provide before and after photos of work completed.
- Ensure 100% adherence to client scanning on/off requirements.
- Maintain and exercise divergence with company equipment, highlighting defects to line managers when required.
- Driving in a safe and diligent manner, observing road traffic legislation and a strong awareness of parking best practice in line with company policy.
- Comply with company-wide policies and procedures.
- Participate in training activities, departmental meetings, and toolbox talks.
- Carry out other duties consistent with the post holder's knowledge and skills.
