Description
A fantastic interim opportunity for a (french) accountant to gain further exposure and experience within finance. This role is for 6 months FTC, based in City Centre Manchester and is offering between £35,000 to £40,000 depending upon experience

Description

Duties include:

  • Assisting with monthly close
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Preparing reports and audit requests
  • Preparing tax documentation
  • Assist with preparation of statutory accounts
  • Providing analysis
  • Month end reporting
  • Preparation of monthly VAT returns
  • Preparation of statistical reporting
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

  • Have previous management/financial accounting experience essential
  • Have working knowledge of using SAP accounting system desirable
  • Be fluent in french (written, reading and verbal) essential
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team essential
  • Take ownership of tasks desirable
  • Have a proactive attitude and pay strong attention to detail essential

Job Offer
This role is offering up to £40,000 + hybrid working + free parking
