In your new role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end process of onboarding clients, ensuring successful integration with our products that aligns with the client's business needs.

Develop and execute project plans through collaboration with our partner clients - defining expected timelines and resource allocation
Track project progress, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery across both NW Boxed teams and the client
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation projects
You'll need to have proven experience in client integration, project management or a related role
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
