  • Applications are sought from Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in noncontentious construction work gained whilst working for a similar, first class practice.
  • You will have experience of domestic UK construction and dealing with building contacts professional team appointments and ancillary documents.
  • You will be confident in drafting, negotiating and analysing the usual construction documents using both industry standard and bespoke forms and general development agreements.
  • This position requires an individual who is approachable, confident and enthusiastic to join a toptier firm.
