At our UK manufacturing site in Harwell, Moderna is seeking a dedicated Site Quality Lead to join our efforts in advancing mRNA technology.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance and control, ensuring our processes and systems consistently meet compliance requirements and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mRNA products.

Moderna is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for our Supply Chain team in Harwell, UK.

This role is crucial for managing receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials, supporting our manufacturing teams, and ensuring a seamless supply chain process.


Here's What You'll Do:

Within 3 Months, You Will

Familiarize yourself with Moderna's warehouse operations and start managing the receipt and storage of production materials.

Begin picking and verifying items in the warehouse to support manufacturing requirements.

Learn and start implementing Moderna's internal procedures for labeling and handling materials, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Within 6 Months, You Will

Independently coordinate deliveries to internal customers and complete daily SAP transactions.

Start conducting daily cycle counts and oversee the wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites.

Efficiently manage the segregation of expired materials and maintain up-to-date inventory records in the SAP system.

Within 12 Months, You Will

Become proficient in executing all warehouse operations with mínimal support, ensuring efficient support to the manufacturing teams.

Lead initiatives to improve warehouse operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency.


Collaborate closely with the warehouse ops lead and the global supply chain team to optimize warehouse processes and contribute to Moderna's overall supply chain effectiveness.


Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
High School diploma or equivalent, BS/BA Degree preferred.

2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping.

Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.

Ability to lift and move products.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).

Ability to work overtime when required.

Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
