- Quarterly management information production – group level
- Work closely with the wider commercial team
- Prepare and present to the Financial Director monthly Board Pack
- Management of annual external audit process
- Assist Finance Director in consolidation of annual budget and prepare ad hoc reports
- Oversite of VAT returns and CIS returns
- Review KPIs and reporting of non-financial measures
- Assist in improvements / development of Construction Finance systems / processes
- Oversee balance sheet review process and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve any issues identified.
- Review and approve weekly supply chain payments
- CIMA part qualified with a proven track record in producing concise and engaging management information.
- COINs experience preferred but not essential
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Construction Industry experience preferred
- Team player
- Software implementation experience desired but not essential
- Advanced Excel (VBA) preferred – training provided
