CAD Technician + upto £40k + Permanent position

Our client based in Bolton are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join them on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone to wishes to work in a growing and forward thinking company that values it's employee's and prides itself on providing the right environment, systems and support.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Site surveys
• Working with cutomers and project engineers to take a project from concept through to build
• Drawing and design of HVAC solutions
• Keeping project drawings upto date and produce as built drawings where needed
• Assistance with tender drawings
• Maintain accurate records

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years equivalent experience in a similar role or one with demonstrable cross over skills. Key skills and experience include:

• Strong Autocad experience
• Knowledge of fabrication MEP
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communciation skills
• CSCS card
• Understanding of construction knowledge and building technology
• Ability to organise own workload
• Ability to prioritise work
• Positive attitude, forward thinking, ability to work as a team
