    We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Release Upgrade & Regulatory Europe Team.

    You will join a team responsible for end-to-end Release Upgrade & Regulatory project delivery of our international state-of-the art banking software, aiming for highest client satisfaction and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

    This role will offer you a 360 view on our cutting-edge digital products, as you will be managing projects across functions and regions.

    Take ownership of managing the delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, to required cost, timescale and quality parameters.
    Managing international, cross-functional release upgrade projects , including legal and regulatory projects and 3rd parties upgrade.

    Work with client or senior management to establish and clarify the scope, the objectives and requirements of the project or program.

    Lead, coordinate and supervise the activities of the project/program team and conduct multi-discipline and multi-geography workshops from initiation to closure learnings.

    Demonstrable experience of managing large-scale projects in the financial services and/or software industry with bespoke software development and implementation/integration projects, from inception through to delivery
    A track record of delivery using iterative waterfall and agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM/PMI/KANBAN/PRINCE2)
    Excellent communication skills, including delivering appropriate and effective executive level communication

    Good and demonstrable understanding of Banking technology and architecture including microservices, containerization, APIs and flexibility about work content and location being able to work independently with the client on site when required.

    It would be a real bonus if you have
    Knowledge of the Banking and Wealth Management business and bank-related processes
    PMP or PRINCE2 Certification and demonstrable industry experience
    A University degree in Business Management or Administration, Computer Science or similar, ideally with a banking or financial industry focus would be advantageous
