    Business Development Manager

    West Midlands

    SRG are delighted to be partnering with a Global Medical Device company in the West Midlands area.

    You will be responsible for shaping the future growth of the business, venturing into potential new markets.

    Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

    • Identify new business opportunities including growth areas and new markets.
    • Building relationships and networking but potential new leads.
    • Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Managing Director in developing the business development plan in line with the company sales strategy.
    • Grow the existing sales pipeline.
    • Compliance responsibilities including ensuring HS&E.

    Key Skills/Attributes:

    • Experience in a business development management role in medical device, life science or personal care organisation.
    • Previous SME experience is preferred.
    • Willing to travel to meet customers/attend relevant events/conferences.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at board level.
