- Identify new business opportunities including growth areas and new markets.
- Building relationships and networking but potential new leads.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager and Managing Director in developing the business development plan in line with the company sales strategy.
- Grow the existing sales pipeline.
- Compliance responsibilities including ensuring HS&E.
- Experience in a business development management role in medical device, life science or personal care organisation.
- Previous SME experience is preferred.
- Willing to travel to meet customers/attend relevant events/conferences.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at board level.
